| General Shipping Policy |
- Please email us for the shipping rates at info@prgjewels.com.
- Orders may be subject to credit and address verification
- The Shipments are NOT automatically insured. Insurance
is extra & at a cost to the customer & at the customer's
request only.
- You will be notified, via email, if the merchandise
you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment.
- Please allow up to 8 weeks for customized orders
to be shipped.
- For your protection, orders over $500.00 may ship
to the billing address only, unless & until we receive
an email from you (besides the payment) authorizing
us to ship at the shipping address. We apologize for any
inconvenience.
- All international sales and deliveries are subject
to extra shipping & handling charges, Insurance, custom
duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the
customer
- In some cases, it may happen that due to reasons
beyond the control of PRG Jewels' authority it may NOT be
possible for us to deliver international orders due
to restrictions on certain items in some countries. Prg
Jewels apologizes in advance for any such shipping
restrictions created or observed in the future.
