Terms & Conditions of Sales
- Customers must provide full, accurate and legible
information in the order form.
- Minimum Quantity will be entertained by us: For
Diamond Jewellery - worth $ 1500. For Coloured Stone Gold
Jeweller - woth $ 1000. For Coloured Stone Silver Jewellery
- worth $ 500.
- Payments can be mutually agreed upon.
- All prices are in US Dollars, payable to PRG Jewels
Ltd. at par in Jaipur, India.
- Custom duties and other levies such as taxes in
destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- The prices do not include duties & taxes for
any country.
- While every endeavor has been made to accurately
reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color
of the actual product because of the nature of the
product.
- All items offered are subjected to availability
at the time of placing your order.
- Designs and prices are subject to changes without
notice.
Return Policy
At prgjewels.com, all sales are final. We do not offer any returns
or exchanges. Under some special circumstances solely at our
discretion, we will accommodate your request, sent via email
to deepakgarg77@hotmail.com. In the case of any error on our
part such as a wrong item, we will take the shipping charges
on us and will send you the correct item.
